    I live in Moberly Missouri. I have had virgin mobile for 3 years. I just got a NEW F3 phone a couple of months ago. For some reason it kicks off of my internet all the time. I’m getting very VERY IRRITATED. If this issue isn’t fixed I have no choice But to switch carriers. FIX this so I won’t have to……

    On Aug 18,2014 I got charged for three phone when I only need two phone to be in service. You are charging me 37.58 extra to my credit card. On that date I spoke to Alexander,He tried seven times to charge 37.58 and three went thru. I am not happy I will change carrier in a heart beat.
