    I have had horrible service from Verizon. Missing all calls placed to me in the first week, getting that issue “fixed”, then still missing about 50% of all calls. I payed $100 for a phone and pay $45 per month for crap. I want a full refund for everything and will not be coming back. I never had problems with Sprint or AT&T. Don’t trouble yourselves with their poor customer service computer thing. It, like the service as a whole, is also utter crap. I’ll be finding a way to contact them by email, letters, and calling. I will get my money back.

    hello i was just reading about all the compliant for verizon and i got one for you ………. last year i bought a note 2 and works fine until now i woke up one morning and it doesn”t turn on so i took it where i bought it and found out that the verizon store in hamburg pa will screw you over cause they never added the warranty ..they applied it but never “submitted” it so now i got to pull $700 out of my ass cause their $5.00 hr job college boy was to busy picking his nose then putting in my warranty .. every phone i ever purchase i always get insurance

    We have problems with your company. Your company did the installation last Friday(April,3). We wanted to take a full package…Extreme HD + FIOS TV Local. So far we don’t know what kind of package we have. Because your service gives us just a few channels for these days. Your workers came three times to do this and nothing did. Explain what is going in your company? Do you cheat your customers? We will nothing pay for your service until we will have all channels. Or else we go to the court. We have big shock with Verizon! Decide this problem for short term! I hope we will not see you each other at the court.
