    Serial Number / Phone Number: 268435460908773617 / 601-402-1020
    New number????: (601) 297-8460

    Dear Ma’am/Sir,
I purchased this phone (268435460908773617) in February of 2013 and have used it continually for over a year and a half. I routinely purchase airtime (you can check my account records) and have been pleased with your product and service……until now.

On July 16, 2014 at around 3p I tried to use my TracFone (see unit referenced above) but it wouldn’t work. I went to my on-line account and my account said the phone had been deactivated.

Deactivated? Deactivated??!! By whom? When? Why? I didn’t deactivate it and when I called your service department your CSR’s were clueless!

I first called your service dept around 3:15pm CST and stayed on the phone ALMOST TWO HOURS !!!! and talked to three different CSR’s during that call.

I think the first CSR’s name was a lady named “Ikea” (sp?), the next lady’s name was “Basysa” (sp?) and the last was a man named “Kwesi” (sp?) who said he was the supervisor.

The first CSR said my phone had been deactivated and she didn’t know why. All she said she could do was assign a new number (I’m guessing this is the 601-297-8460 number). I told her that: (1) I didn’t deactivate my phone and, (2) I don’t want a new number and, (3) I want to know how this happened and, (4) I want to be given some free airtime for this problem that ya’ll caused.
This first CSR could not help me and said there was no way I could have my old number back so I told her to connect me to her supervisor who I assume is “Basysa”.
Basysa was the rudest, most insensitive and unhelpful CSR I’ve ever spoken to!!!!! She couldn’t have cared less about this problem that YOUR STAFF caused. Furthermore —- and in complete contradiction to what the first CSR said ——- Basysa said she could retrieve my old number and let me have it back but that it would take TWO DAYS !!!!! and —– on top of that insult —— Basysa said she couldn’t give me any free air time to compensate me for this problem that YOUR STAFF CAUSED !!! So I told me to connect me with her supervisor, who she said was “Kwesi”. I was on hold for AN HOUR waiting for Kwesi to help me!

When Kwesi finally got on the phone he —– like the other CSR’s —– had no clue how this happened but assured me he could recover my old number and that he’d give me 200 free minutes of airtime. He also said the recovery process could take as little as four hours but, most likely up to two days……
When will this issue be resolved? When will I get my old number back? How do you plan to compensate me for this disaster that I DID NOT CAUSE ???!!!!!! How do I know this won’t happen again? What measures have you taken to properly train your staff on handling these issues ????!!!

I could be more angry, upset and disappointed. I need an update on this situation and I need it NOW!!! I cannot use the phone that I paid for and the airtime that I purchased!!!!
Please fix this problem and serve your customer!!!!
