    I called on 5/19/2014 to send my warp cell phone back to ZTE because there is no screen picture or the back light went out and I don’t see nothing. I talked with your support agent Richard and he said I will get an email for instructions to send it back because its still under warranty. I did not get an email from your company, can you pleez send me another one with that information. I tried calling also, my email again is I will be waiting and thank you

    Hi I have a problem with my ZTE V70 Tablet and I have called any number that cell c have given me as they cant help me with the phone as they only deal with sim card related issues.when I called no one could help me and I don’t where their offices are. So I guess I will have to buy onother phone. I realy loved my ZTE and it meant everything but thatnks will never reccommed it to anyone

    I bought one of your phones not even 8 months yet and my screen locked up to where I was only able to see color dots. I shipped the phone off and waited on it for about 3 weeks for it to come back the same way I sent it to you.


    I have been trying to get someone to call me or email me to let me know how to shipy phone to you since is no longer working after only a month and half of purchase.
    Nobody is taking care of my request and I would like to know why. I have been with out a phone for three weeks now and I dont appreciate your service.
